Pay the rental online. Pay the refundable deposit at pickup: garments 500,000 ₭, accessories alone 100,000 ₭. The balance is returned after the pieces are checked.
Delivered to you
Standard 30,000 ₭, delivered the day before your rental with at least two days’ notice and an open dispatch day. Same-day 50,000 ₭, booked before noon on the day. Express 150,000 ₭, for rentals starting today during opening hours, about 2–3 hours after approval.
Rental, deposit and delivery are paid online. Bring your pieces back, or add return collection for 30,000 ₭.

Can I try it on?
Yes. Walk in during opening hours for a fitting. Each design has measurements by size. At pickup you may swap sizes if another piece is free for your whole rental period.
How does the deposit work?
The refundable deposit is 500,000 ₭ for a garment booking or 100,000 ₭ for accessories alone. For pickup, pay it in store. For delivery, pay it online with the rental. After inspection, the balance is refunded by cash or QR transfer.
What if I return late?
Late returns cost 100,000 ₭ per day past the return date. This is deducted from the deposit; any excess is paid in store. Call us as soon as your plans change.
What about cleaning or damage?
We take care of cleaning. Please bring every piece back and tell us about any damage. The store checks the condition with you at return. Damage charges and the final policy need owner confirmation; ask before booking.
Where do you deliver?
Flat fees apply anywhere in Vientiane Capital. Outside the capital, call +856 20 92 091 006 or contact us on WhatsApp to arrange; online booking is unavailable. Optional return collection costs the Standard fee.
Can I change or cancel?
Changes and cancellations are handled by phone. Call +856 20 92 091 006 with your booking code. There is no online cancellation.
